Hello
A Bit About Me
For nine years, I worked as the librarian and branch manager of Ward County Public Library’s Kenmare branch. As branch manager, I was responsible for the library’s daily operations, including program development and execution, policy implementation, data analysis, and database and circulations management. I was also committed to growing the library’s patronage through community collaboration and outreach.
For my college internship, I partnered with the Ward County Public Library to develop and execute a social media campaign aimed at increasing the library's reach and engagement. Improvements were seen in all target areas, and, despite over 4,000 less followers, Ward County Public Library’s Facebook page surpassed the engagement rates of its largest competitor.
Prior to joining Ward County, I was an assistant studio manager for Lifetouch Inc. and was primarily responsible for photography training and creative development. Additionally, I assessed the studio’s sales and growth potential while also working to build long-term relationships with patrons.
Fall of 2022, I completed a Bachelor of Communication from Valley City State University. With a social media management cognate and a minor in psychology, I gained a multitude of stills that will help me excel in positions that require communication, collaboration, attentiveness, creativity, and more.
